Tracy Black joins Penske Transportation Group International as CFO

Penske Transportation Group International is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Black as the chief financial officer for Penske‘s Australian and New Zealand operations.

Having held various positions in finance, accounting and internal control functions, Tracy most recently held the position of director and international controller at Edgewell Personal Care.

CPA-qualified and holding an MBA and a master of accounting, she will oversee the financial departments for PTGI and its subsidiaries, Penske Commercial Vehicles and Penske Power Systems.

“Tracy is an engaging, down to earth individual who is passionate about team development, partnering with the business, and process improvement,” said Randall Seymore, president of Penske Transportation Group International.

“Her background and experience equip her well to manage Penske‘s financial operations as we continue to grow our businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

“I would also like to thank outgoing CFO, Patti Paquette, who will leave us shortly, having been reassigned to Penske Automotive Group‘s headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan as the director of internal audit.”
