SCR Solutions Limited, New Zealand distributors of the Air1 branded AdBlue, has launched a new mobile service and maintenance operation.

With the market for AdBlue and Diesel Emissions Fluids (DEFs) growing as more new AdBlue consuming trucks enter service, the mobile unit is providing service support to SCR Solutions‘ national distribution network.

The unit is fitted out with a mobile workshop, enabling the servicing of tanks and pumps, as well as stowing a vanload of spare parts.   

SCR Solutions has installed hundreds of pumps, storage tanks and distribution assets at road transport operators, truck stops and service stations nationwide, so customers will benefit from having a quick response service unit to keep equipment in good shape.

“It provides customers with a degree of certainty, knowing that in the unlikely event of a problem, a service solution is on hand to get the Air1 flowing.”

As truck and transport businesses use more AdBlue it is worthwhile assessing usage and considering a switch from a packaged stock model to an on-site dispensing equipment one that will ensure continuous supply.

SCR Solutions will help businesses evaluate and measure AdBlue usage.

“If it stacks up,” says Greg, “We‘ll loan them the dispensing equipment and storage tanks to guarantee uninterrupted supply of Air1 AdBlue.”
