New Zealand transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited, has officially joined the Australian Securities Exchange.
The 153-year-old New Zealand company, which has been listed on the NZX since 2017, started trading on the ASX on Friday 1 July 2022 after lodging an application with the ASX earlier this year to dual list as a foreign exempt entity.
MOVE Logistics is one of New Zealand’s leading logistics companies, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions to small-to-medium enterprises as well as large corporate customers.
The company offers freight solutions, logistics and warehousing services, international freight services, specialist lifting, handling and transport, and the transportation of fuel and other hazardous liquids.
Chair of MOVE, Lorraine Witten, said the dual listing was an important milestone for MOVE.
“This takes our company one step closer to achieving our aspirations to be a significant transport and logistics provider across Australasia,” she said.
“We have an exciting strategy and are executing on opportunities to strengthen and grow our business. The dual listing provides access to a broader range of investors and a larger pool of capital as we look to unlock the full value of our company for shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.”
MOVE has been allocated the ASX ticker code of ‘MOV’.
