Modern Transport Group of Companies has completed the purchase of the business and property of Evans Engineering Co Ltd of Tokoroa, adding further capacity to the Group’s manufacturing arm.

Evans Engineering Co Ltd was established in 1945 as a trailer manufacturer serving the logging industry.

Evans will continue to operate as normal.

The exclusive agency for ExTe Fabriks logging equipment has been transferred to Group company, Mikes Transport Warehouse Ltd.
