The IRTENZ 2024 scholarship was so close in terms of application quality, the body decided an unprecedented decision was required. Not only would one person receive the scholarship to attend a three-day Fundamentals of Heavy Vehicle Dynamics course at Michigan University, but two additioal assistance packages would be awarded also.
