Guests were given the chance to drive a wide range of the models around the Hampton Downs track, experience Hino‘s VSC (vehicle stability control) systems in action on the skid pan, and put their backing skills to the test in a slalom competition. A technical station showcasing the company‘s hybrid technology and the ProShift AS Tronic automated manual transmissions from OEM supplier ZF (See New Zealand Trucking main test April 2016 issue) were also part of the day‘s agenda.
