Penske New Zealand has upped the convenience factor for its customers by extending standard trading hours across its Auckland, Christchurch and Tauranga branches.

The facilities will are open from 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday for servicing, repairs and maintenance across MAN, Western Star and the Detroit products as the brands under the Penske New Zealand umbrella. Additionally customers have the option to have their vehicles serviced on a Saturday by special arrangement. 

Brent Warner, Penske New Zealand general manager, says the response from customers to the new initiative has been excellent. “We implemented the extended hours in response to customer demand, and the uptake has been fantastic. 

“The extended hours are assisting our customers to maximise their uptime. Customers can do their normal daily runs and have their trucks serviced while they‘re at home with their families.”

There are no additional costs for the after-hours servicing.
