Visitors to this year‘s Brisbane Truck Show will find an exciting selection of 12 world-class Kenworth and DAF trucks on the ‘PACCAR World‘ stand.

PACCAR Australia‘s director sales and marketing, Brad May, says truck buyers are looking for a total ownership solution from their commercial vehicle supplier.

KENWORTH

In yet another example of the benefits of local Australian application-engineering for Australian road transport operators, Kenworth is launching the new T410 and T360 models in a range of configurations.  

Driven by a continuous innovation and product development process, and influenced heavily by customer and driver feedback, Kenworth has taken the features in its 2.1m cab, launched in the T610 in December 2016 and applied them, and more, to the all-new T360 and T410.

The new models feature a wide range of important enhancements – from improvements in visibility and the bumper-to-back-of-cab length, to new exterior and interior styling, improved safety features and a range of mechanical improvements.

Included in the line-up with the new T360 and T410 will be the T610 and T610SAR, which have seen great success and customer acceptance since their release in December 2016. The T610 including the new 600mm sleeper and the T610SAR and its new 1400mm sleeper.

Rounding out the Kenworth display will be the K200 with a 2.8m sleeper cab and the Cummins X15 Euro 6 engine and the T909 with a 1270mm sleeper.

DAF

The Brisbane Truck Show will see the public display of the Euro 6 FA LF260 12T and FA LF290 18T 4×2 cab/chassis models, which were introduced to the Australian market in late 2018.

Also on display is the flagship FTT XF105.510. The XF105 has the most spacious cab in its class. To round out the display, the versatile FAD CF85.510 8×4 cab/chassis, offering customers a body-builder friendly option will also be featured. The FAD configuration offers customers a 4-axle, rigid body-builder friendly platform on which to build specialist bodies to suit concrete pumper, vacuum, crane, tanker and tipper applications.

The introduction of the Euro 6 model and the availability of the locally-assembled DAF FTT CF85 will see DAF continue to grow and demonstrate its strength to the market.

PACCAR Financial

PACCAR Financial consultants will be at the Brisbane Truck Show and look forward to explaining the various finance options to customers, with a view to making financing easy to understand, and guiding them towards the best financial solution for their particular circumstances.

PACCAR Leasing Company (PacLease)

PacLease Australia offers both Kenworth and DAF brand trucks for daily, weekly and monthly hire, contract maintenance programmes as well as long-term full service lease contracts. PacLease‘s network has grown to 15 locations across Australia providing exceptional access in all locations.

In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to customise their own ‘virtual‘ T610 SAR in real-time using the PACCAR Parts T610 SAR Accessories configurator.

As an added benefit to drivers of pre-owned Kenworth trucks, PACCAR Parts has developed the ‘Register your Rig‘ programme that gives pre-owned Kenworth drivers an opportunity to access special offers and keep updated on the latest news. Once a driver of a pre-owned Kenworth registers, PACCAR Parts will give them a limited-edition gift on the day.
