MaxiTRANS will for the first time demonstrate its end-to-end capability by showcasing MaxiPARTS and MaxiTRANS Servicing, as well as its recently acquired Live Bottom Floor solution – Trout River Australia – at the Brisbane Truck Show.

“The stand demonstrates our commitment to providing the transport industry with even safer, more efficient and reliable solutions,” says MaxiTRANS group general manager, sales and marketing, Andrew McKenzie.

MaxiPARTS has more than 20,000 truck and trailer parts available at 20-plus locations throughout Australia, or online via the MaxiPARTS site. It also offers customers an automated inventory management system called MaxiSTOCK. On hand at the show will be staff to discuss the benefits of the cloud-based system, which when set up at a customer‘s facility, cuts administration and improves uptime by automatically ordering parts.

This year‘s show is a platform to promote the rollout of the company‘s new service programme, MaxiASSIST. Complementary to the company‘s existing capability, it‘s a service offering that will prove valuable to customers. Another first for the MaxiTRANS group will be a prominent display of its most recent brand acquisition, Trout River Australia.

“Continuing the safety, efficiency and reliability theme, the display will include a Live Bottom Floor trailer. An enhanced solution for bulk transport applications that perfectly complements the existing MaxiTRANS portfolio,” said McKenzie.

The ability to unload its content while in motion using an interior conveyor belt system offers operators a safer and more versatile alternative to unload in unstable environments or where overhead obstacles exist.

From Freighter, attendees can expect to see the award winning T-Liner MARK II trailer, as well as a new Freighter Skel featuring a lightweight design.

The T-Liner MARK II display will incorporate a range of Freighter innovations designed to maximise safety and efficiency.

McKenzie said that featured prominently on the stand will be the SafeADJUST Mezzanine Deck solution.

“The deck is adjusted from the safety of a forklift, eliminating the need to manually remove and replace saddles when altering the deck height,” said Kevin Manfield, general manager products and markets.

The stand will also highlight the new Freighter Lightweight Skel. Featuring a reduced tare of more than half a ton compared with the previous standard Skel model, the new trailer provides a significant efficiency gain for owners, without compromising on strength and durability. Also featured will be additional inclusions that enhance safety for operators.

“We‘re inviting all visitors to come and talk to our in-house experts about PBS,” Manfield says. “MaxiTRANS has produced more PBS units than any other trailer manufacturer. It‘s a great achievement that we are very proud of.

“This has provided us with an immense amount of experience that we draw on daily to create new and innovative combinations for our customers tailored to their specific freight task,” he said.

PBS expertise will also be represented on stand by a Hamelex White aluminium 4-axle dog tipper. This trailer will include the latest chassis design with significant tare advantages. Remaining with the safety theme, the Hamelex White display will also feature side underrun protection, as well as a new retractable roof system and Landslide tipper liner.

Show attendees will also be able to view the latest developments on the Maxi-CUBE Classic.

“We are excited to showcase a number of further enhancements, details of which you‘ll have to wait until the show to see,” said McKenzie.

MaxiTRANS will be on stand number 49 at the Brisbane Truck Show, 16 to 19 May 2019 at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
