Iveco New Zealand started the process of increasing customer service and strengthening its nationwide network by bringing together dealers from around the country for a conference in Auckland recently.
During the event Iveco’s team shared its plans and discussed how, in partnership with the dealers, they would work towards enhancing the customers’ experience of the brand and providing top class support for their vehicles and businesses.
“We provide some of the best parts and service coverage in the country,” said general manager Ian Walker. “This conference was a great opportunity to bring the entire team together with a clear focus on renewing and strengthening our relationship with our dealers and our customers. As sales continue to grow, the professionalism, readiness and momentum of our parts and service network will continue to play a pivotal role in the competitive advantage that an Iveco purchase brings to our customers.”
Dealers at the conference heard more about the programmes that Iveco New Zealand has recently launched and will continue to introduce over the next few months. They include Iveco Assist, a roadside assistance programme offered for the duration of the warranty; and Iveco Elements programme maintenance, which includes the ServiceBond package providing routine service on the vehicle, and the EasyRoad package providing service, repair and maintenance.
The team also had the opportunity to share best practices and discuss how to further strengthen its service to customers. New Zealand parts manager Malcolm Smith said, “This is a collaborative team and together we are happy to provide great customer service and improved turnaround for our customers while at the same time ensuring that our dealers are also excited to do business with us.”
In addition to the parts and service dealers, Iveco also recently announced the appointment of two sales dealers. Australia New Zealand dealer development manager, Matteo Gambaro, said as the brand’s presence grew in New Zealand, there was a corresponding need to increase coverage and get closer to the company’s customers. As a result, Iveco New Zealand has just begun soliciting interest for dealer partnerships. Those interested in becoming Iveco dealers, whether parts/service or sales, are encouraged to visit www.iveco.co.nz/dealer-opportunity for more information.
